If you have lots of images in your Markdown that were the result of pasting images into .md
files in GitHub that look like this:

You can turn them into this:
<img alt="" src="https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/1119017/152721387-3c76426f-d131-4ab5-84b5-638ed9ccefed.png" width="800" />
With the following emacs command:
Query replace regexp
\!\[image\](\([^\)]+\)
<img alt="" src="\1" width="800" />)
