Week 05c - 04/28 Tue - Continue work on team01/team02/team03

This class period is allocated to you to work on team01/team02/team03.

• Start with a standup meeting
• Then do a PR queue review, first for the team01 repo, then the team02 repo
• Then review the Kanban board, and try to estimate when the team will finish team01, team02, team03. If anyone is falling behind, try to identify what the issues are, and reach out to them.

If any team members are not in touch with the team:

• Reach out to them; try to resolve it within the team first.
• But, if they are still not responding, consult with the staff.

It is important that team issues get resolved early, rather than later in the course.

• The team grades for team01/team02/team03 are a relatively small part of your course grade, compared to the legacy project.
• So, if things are not going well now, let’s fix it before it becomes a bigger problem.
